We have state of the art Knitting Facility (Circular and Warp knitting) to accommodate the production requirements which run round the clock. With the help of latest technology and experience we have a varied capacity from 7 Gauge to 28 Gauge machines that produce single & double-knit fabrics. A full range of knitting machines which enable us to produce all types of knitted fabrics included all type of meshes, Jersey, Pique, Stripers, Waffles, Terry, Interlock, Jacquard, and full range of ribs including in cotton blends and synthetics.

We have dyeing machines for dyeing cotton fabric and a fully computerized high temperature jet-dyeing machine to dye all kinds of synthetic fabrics including polyester and nylons. A well-equipped Processing laboratory ensures all Lab test parameters. Dip dyed as per requirements and to be sure to get RFT results on ultra-low liquor ratio for energy and environment conservation. Dye house has the Quality Control laboratory with latest equipment to check the fabric performance standards.

Our Finishing department comprises of automatic hydro-extractors cum slitters for the removal of moisture from dyed fabric, computerized tensionless dryers for instant fabric drying, fully computerized machines for complete shrinkage control, and tumble dryers to give minimum shrinkage value. Also, personal attention ensures that all the fabric leaving the finishing department is properly inspected and thoroughly checked for relevant factors before being forwarded to the next stage of production.

Our highly qualified and experienced technicians work with the latest equipment to ensure international performance, safety and environmental standards are strictly adhered to in our manufacturing apparel. It ensures that the fabric quality is maintained according to the required parameters of our customers. Management establishes a documented quality plan setting out the specific quality practices, resources required and sequence of activities relevant to particular product. There are quality checks at every stage of manufacturing starting from Yarn, Fabric, Processing, Cutting Stitching and Packing. Before is cut, it is checked whether it confirms to the customer’s standard, of shrinkage, GSM, Shade etc. Lab has full capability to perform Colorfastness to Wash, Colorfastness to Water, Colorfastness to Rubbing, Colorfastness to Perspiration, Dimensional Stability, Spirality, Fabric Weight, pH value, Bursting Strength, Garment Durability and Print Durability test standards.

Cutting department is equipped with the CAD / CAM system for pattern designing and grading. Its auto lay marking and plotting is state of the art technology which help us to reduce fabric wastages and enhance the fabric usability. In order to ensure the constant supply of cut panels, our manual laying and cutting production runs parallel to meet the needs of stitching Inductions. We make your workers safety during cutting by providing cut resistance gloves.

Phenomenal and esthetic tints are put on different kind of fabric in Printing department where we have the facility of Screen Printing, Digital Printing, flocking and heat transferring. Printing department is equipped with manual & automatic printing machines which runs through the different color scheme to ensure the desired look and quality.

We have extensive range of Embroidery Machines giving us the capability to produce many designs from simplest to the complex and enable us to cope with the quick turnaround on both small and large volume.

We have a vast range of stitching units fully equipped with automatic machines, semi- automatic, and manual. This gives us flexibility and speed to produce many types of garments simultaneously. We have the experienced and technical team in production and quality which ensure the tailoring art of stitching. That is an important factor of our growth and customer’s satisfaction. We have the unique quality control and quality assurance system, which ensures the quality and customer’s standards at the start of the production, in the sewing lines and end of lines. Then the garment is supposed to be checked at final stage before packing.

A nice packaging of garments sometimes increases sales at the retailer’s point. When we look at mass garment manufacturing for the export market and home market, we need to take care of the final packaging of articles, transportation of goods from manufacturing house to a retail shop and easy distribution of colour and sizes to the stores. Each carton does not contain random garment pieces instead each carton contains garments of specific sizes, and colours of a certain ratio. The garment ratio of different sizes and colours may depend on the location, customer requirement and order booking.
